ROY MCGREGOR
Meet Roy
Roy McGregor is the SVP of Business Development with Title Ease/Lincoln Abstract. His career started in 1994 as a retail loan officer. Subsequent roles included partner/owner in a mortgage broker operation, senior level positions in wholesale lending with EverBank and Citibank, RVP with GE Capital MI channel, and national valuation firms.

Part of Roy’s journey involved orchestrating several mergers/acquisitions in the title insurance and mortgage lending verticals involving Boston National Title and 1st Advantage/Draper & Kramer.
​
Recognizing the impact technology would introduce to mortgage lending, he transitioned to the technology sector in 2011. Roy held several positions as Chief Strategy Officer before joining Lodasoft as their EVP of Strategy in 2020. Additionally, he has orchestrated significant capital raises for mortgage lending/technology and title entities.
​
His main objectives as a mortgage lending executive have always been to create mutually beneficial arrangements with like-minded partners that provide opportunities for collective success and increased revenue.
​
In Roy’s role as SVP of Business Development, he will collaborate with his expansive network of professional colleagues while providing a unique title franchise model offering impressive revenue and control of the process to real estate and mortgage lending entities.

Roy is a graduate of the University of Texas/Arlington and served as president of the marketing council at GE Capital and earned a Six Sigma certification.
