RICK BISSEN

Rick Bissen is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at TitleEase and is responsible for expanding the company’s brand and client growth. Rick has over 20 years in the mortgage due diligence and services provider space as well as 15+ years in the document and information management industry. As a business and sales executive, Rick has held management and leadership positions across the organizations, including: Contracts, Vendor Management, Legal, Operations, Staffing, IT and Human Resources.

Rick has been involved in two start-up companies and been directly involved in their success as an executive leader and co-owner. His successful due diligence firm, JCIII and Associates, went on to be acquired by another industry firm and Rick was directly involved in the acquisition process. Additionally, Rick has been involved in the sales growth at mortgage services companies like The Stonehill Group and Infinity IPS.

In addition to his due diligence background, he co-owned a document management and software development company where he had direct responsibility for sales, client support, operational analysis, software development and contracts. The company focused on providing business analysis and digitized tools to diverse businesses, to help manage their documents and information flow.
