HOLLY MARSH

Holly Marsh is Franchise Manager and Project Administrator for TitleEase. Holly works directly with new franchisee applicants through initial steps all the way to the opening of the Franchise. Holly obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Studies in May of 2008 from Westminster College and went on to achieve a Paralegal Certificate in May of 2009 from Weber State University.  She began her professional career in Title and Real Estate in 2002.  She has experience in an array of areas of Title, Escrow, Foreclosures, Underwriting Claims Processes, Title Clearing, REO and SFR Market knowledge.

 

Prior to joining TitleEase, Holly served as Client Service Manager for Radian, Inc. (FKA Green River Capital), responsible for maintaining and growing the Due Diligence team for the Single Family Rental market. She handled various roles while at Radian, Inc. Including Title Review, Title Clearing, Real Estate Documents Review, SFR Due Diligence Reporting and Software Development and Contract Negotiations. Prior to Radian, Holly served various management roles at Lundberg and Associates, LLC, and Deer Creek Title.
